Return and Refund Procedures In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is essential that you follow these procedures: - Obtain a return authorization number (RMA#) by emailing customerservice@aadiamonds.com NOTE: Packages without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be returned to sender! For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the item being returned. Send the package by registered mail via the United States Post Office, as this is the safest way to ship merchandise. DO NOT write anywhere on the package AADiamonds.com, jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words, as this invites possible theft. We are sorry but we CANNOT be responsible for merchandise lost/stolen during shipping. Address the package to: ATTN: RMA # ________ P.O. Box 90420 STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK 10309 Conditions of Return Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, undamaged and unaltered. All protective film must be intact (if applicable). The original security/inventory tag must still be on the item in order for refund to be processed. We will not accept returns otherwise. All item(s) must be returned with original materials. This includes, gemological certificates, warranties, item(s) must be in their original box with all packing materials, manuals/booklets, etc. In order to receive full credit for your merchandise, returns must be received within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase, with these exceptions: Shipping, handling and insurance charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved item(s) cannot be refunded unless the work done was our error. Merchandise damaged due to customer negligence/misuse will not be accepted for refund. Any item that has been adjusted, sized, scratched or worn cannot be accepted for refund. Return Time All refunds will be processed after our return department inspects and verifies the condition of the merchandise.
